It was primarily designed to detect the presence or absence of a burner flame in industrial boilers and furnaces, operating in conjunction with optical flame scanners.Core Function & LegacyOperation: It receives and processes electrical pulses from infrared or ultraviolet flame scanners. If a flame is detected, it triggers a relay to allow safe operation and ignition of the burner.
