Orders may be cancelled before shipment or procurement processing begins.

Eligible Cancellations

Order submitted by mistake.
Duplicate orders.
Customer requests cancellation before dispatch.

Non-Eligible Cancellations

Orders already shipped, custom-built products, special-order items, and procurement-based products may not be eligible for cancellation.

Approved cancellations may be subject to applicable processing charges.
