Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

Product is unavailable after payment.
Incorrect product was supplied.
Product is defective upon delivery.
Order cannot be fulfilled by Instru-Equip.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the error was caused by Instru-Equip.
